Rapid has delivered an extensive range of projects for local and state government clients since inception in 1990. Projects include office refurbishments and alterations, amenities new builds and upgrades, roofing and structural improvements, Heritage preservation and adaptive re-use, hazardous materials remediation, planned and responsive maintenance works, swimming pool upgrades and remediation, fire & rescue stations, warehouses and depots, and many others. Local council works have been delivered across the Greater Sydney Metropolitan region for councils including Inner West, Parramatta, Liverpool, Bankstown, Hawkesbury, Warringah, Ashfield, Penrith, Canada Bay, Sydney, & Hornsby. Rapid is a preferred tenderer on NSW State Government tender panels for works up to $5m with specialisation in Heritage works and has delivered hundreds of projects in partnership with many Departments within the NSW State infrastructure ranging in value from $50k to in excess of $5m.
