Rapid has consistently delivered superior maintenance services to the sector starting in 2003 with our work for the NSW Department of Housing / LAHC. We continue this relationship currently, as well as delivering planned and responsive work for a range of social and community housing providers.
Our robust maintenance delivery model reduces responsive maintenance, brings all assets to a consistent and sustainable condition, increases client and tenant satisfaction through industry leading customer service levels and community initiatives, reduces Provider administration costs and ultimately reduces total cost of ownership for assets under a Provider’s control. We deliver this by dedicating our best senior resources to the contract, including a dedicated contact centre, supported by a bespoke ERP platform housed within a stable and secure I.T. environment.
