Rapid completed this project on the State Heritage Register listed Goulburn Railway Station, on behalf of Sydney Trains, in July 2022. The project involved roofing and associated works to replace unsympathetic Colorbond roofing with custom orb galvanised roofing, to return the asset to original condition. Extensive lead flashings, box gutters and cast iron downpipes also featured in works completed. Due to persistent wet weather over the first half of 2022, our client agreed to our suggestion to cover all active work areas with water-resistant weather shielding, allowing us to continue working during wet weather, and keep to original project time-line.
