In 2016 Rapid was engaged by City of Canada Bay Council to deliver work within the historic 10 hectare Cabarita Park, situated on a beautiful harbour promontory on the southern shore of the Parramatta River. The unique pavilion design provides a multi-functional community space with extensive amenities and is used for a wide range of social and artistic events.
The pavilion was constructed using specially selected and sustainable Australian-grown hardwood timbers, sandwich steel inset columns and glass & timber rolling and pivot doors.
