The Eastwood Brick Pits & Chimneys project involved heritage stabilization and adaptive re-use works, including dismantling and rebuilding two brick chimneys with custom steel frames, mortar repairs, and reuse of original bricks and machinery. Completed in 2014 for AV Jennings Properties Limited with a contract value of $3.1 million, the project preserved kilns and provided recreational facilities for the Newthorpe Estate residents.
