The project involved façade remediation including brick re-pointing, Emerclad painting to parapets, external timber window repairs, timber decking repairs, window and panel replacements and associated supply, installation and maintenance of hoardings and scaffolds.
We liaised with a local artist and gallery space to facilitate an artwork display on our site safety hoardings, reducing the visual impact of hoardings and scaffolding on the streetscape, a popular tourism location even during the Covid pandemic.
