Adam Saleh is a seasoned construction professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Construction Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and is a Registered Builder. Adam’s journey in construction began while studying, commencing in concreting and over the years, he worked his way through a variety of roles, including Contracts Administrator and Project Manager, before being appointed as Director at Rapid Construction, where he has been a key member for over a decade.

Adam is responsible for overseeing and managing all construction operations and a wide range of complex construction projects across various sectors, including government and private clients. He excels in stakeholder management, working closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and a shared vision for success. His deep understanding of design, engineering, and construction processes allow him to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring efficient project delivery.

Adam’s expertise extends to a niche specialisation in delivering Heritage works. His ability to manage complex projects that require both technical skill and an understanding of historical preservation have contributed to the successful delivery of numerous high-profile projects some of which have been award-winning.
