Rapid was engaged by Inner West Council to deliver Heritage remediation, stabilisation and preservation works to Marrickville, and St Peters, Town Halls. Work was delivered concurrently to both Town Halls and included copper roof sheeting, gilding replacement, asbestos remediation, brick stitching and re-pointing, stonework, repair works to double-hung sash windows, concrete repairs, painting, waterproofing, tiling, metalwork, electrical upgrades and façade cleaning.
