Rapid Construction delivered the design and construction of a new clubhouse for the Southern Districts Soccer Football Association. The facility includes modern player change rooms, a dedicated referee room, first aid facilities, a ventilated breezeway, as well as new toilets and showers. In addition, the building provides purpose-built administration and meeting spaces to support the Association’s staff and operations.
Constructed on a sloping site, the project required significant bulk excavation and removal of material to establish the building platform. While the initial design proposed a precast concrete structure, Rapid Construction adopted a more traditional concrete block construction method, better suited to the site conditions and surrounding landscape.
Rapid Construction is proud to have delivered a facility that will play an important role in the ongoing development of players, officials, and staff within the Association.
