This heritage works package at Kirkbride Complex, Buildings 4 & 5, Callan Park, Rozelle, provides targeted stone replacement and stone indents to restore structural integrity and historic detailing, complemented by desalination to remove soluble salts, synthetic patching repairs for non-feasible stone areas, and stripping and repair of metal vents to preserve original form and finish; all work is undertaken using compatible, breathable lime-based materials and reversible interventions where possible, with comprehensive documentation, compliance with heritage legislation, and a focus on long-term preservation, quality workmanship, and minimal impact to the surrounding historic fabric.
