This project was politically sensitive and we had to commit to very tight timelines. We received, priced and submitted our winning tender price in under 4 days. The project involved the relocation of Transport Command out of Central Station and over to a disused Fire Station in Wilson Street Eveleigh, which required extensive hazardous materials remediation as well as the cataloguing, protection and removal to storage of Heritage equipment items, a full make-safe and upgrade to current standards for occupation plus full data and electrical installation. The project was completed in 4 weeks.
