Rapid was engaged by City of Parramatta Council to deliver this new sports pavilion at Boronia Park, Epping. The completed facility provides the local community with player and referee change rooms, shower and toilet facilities, public toilets, storage space for club equipment, a meeting room,  a kiosk, and Council storage facilities over a single-storey building with a gross floor area of just over 400 square metres. Outdoor seating, walkways and stairs have been installed to facilitate pedestrian and spectator access, and the surrounding area landscaped. The High Forest Bluegum trees in the park were fully protected during construction.
